 A global case definition severe acute respiratory infection (SARI) surveillance purposes, applicable all age groups, was first published by Organization (WHO) 2011.
 The current WHO is:
 Patients with who have history fever (or measured of
 ≥ 38 °C), cough and onset within last 10 days (symptoms days) require hospitalization.
